We are devoting April to a classic cocktail, the Cosmopolitan. There's an art to making the perfect Cosmo, not only getting the proportion of ingredients just right but also the color.

Ingredients

The March Drink of the Month is dedicated to Spring, my favorite season!  Imagine sitting outside, enjoying the company of your friends and family, supping a delicious Lynchburg Lemonade. 

There are two recipes for you to try.

LynchburgLemonade – Recipe 1

• 1 part Jack Daniel's Whiskey
• 1 part Sour mix
• 1 part Triple Sec
• 4 parts Sprite

Washington Apple Shot

• 1/3 oz Crown Royal
• 1/3 oz Apple Pucker
• 1/3 oz Cranberry Juice

1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice

Valentine’s Day is only four days away, which means guys you have at least three more days to start planning the perfect evening for that special someone.  I’m only kidding, if you havn't started already, get on it this weekend!

The snow is melting outside, the weather is getting a little more beautiful, and Spring is right around the corner.  In honor of Valentine's Day the February Drink of the Month is a Strawberry Kiss. 

Strawberry Kiss

• 1 ½ oz Vanilla Vodka
• ½ oz Strawberry Liqueur
• Splash of Cranberry juice
• Splash of Pineapple juice
• Top with Champagne
